Members must open opportunities for other women and be influential in the community. We have invited only leaders who actively support / create opportunities for other Winnipeg women, demonstrate excellence, integrity and confidentiality. Women who are committed to active participation, willing to learn for their own development, for the benefit of their community and who genuinely demonstrate interest in community development. ​​
